Shipping & Returns Policy

Please review our shipping policies and details below:

  • Given that orders are manufactured on demand, please allow 3-5 business days before orders begin to ship.
      
  • VEYL full kits will ship free for the contiguous (lower 48) states. All other orders including full kits to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to shipping charges.
      
  •  At this time, orders are shipped within the USA only.
    • For shipping to other countries, considerations can be made on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out by using the Contact Us link.
        
  • If you need to immediately change or cancel an order right after making it, please email [email protected]. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
    • If the order has already begun the manufacturing process, additional fees may apply. Orders begin production within 1-3 business days.
        
  • Shipments may come in multiple packages. Full kits have tempered glass shipping separate from everything else to ensure safe transportation.

At VEYL, we strive for every interaction with our customers to be the best they can be. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are glad to accept returns of our merchandise for a full refund. Due to the fact our printed goods are produced on demand, per order, please carefully note our specific policies below.

The following rules apply:

  • We will accept returns of eligible items in new and unused/resealable condition, in our sole discretion within 30 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging, with original contents and accessories.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
  • Once you receive confirmation of your return, all shipments must be sent within 7 days otherwise the return may be denied.
  • Products customized in any way, or marked on-sale/discounted are not eligible for returns.

Please note that at this time, we do not offer exchanges of items after purchase.
